OGBORN, Marguerite Oteham - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Marguerite Ogborn of Attica, age 81, died Wednesday afternoon, May 11, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette. She was born at Attica, November 26, 1901, the daughter of Ferdinand and Prudence Zeegers Oteham. In March of 1924, she married Russell W. Ogborn, who died December 9, 1948. Mrs. Ogborn attended Attica schools and worked for a time as a presser at Paris Laundry.

  Survivors include two brothers, Frank Oteham of rural Attica and Harry Oteham of rural Covington; a daughter-in-law, Inez Ogborn of Attica; a grandchild and a great grandchild.

  Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. R. Larry Smith officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Attica. – thanks to S
